Fred Lewis

Fred Lewis played for the Reds for one season as they were looking for a (consistent) batter for their LF position (still looking to this day). He looked good sometimes while others Heisey clearly deserved the spot. He was the 1st SF Giant to hit 2 Grand Slams his rookie season, and hit a Splash Hit (HR out of the stadium into McCovey Cove). This one took a very long time to come back, but was the first ever that I got to say "thanks" written on the return envelope's flap.
